God is an electro-magnetic force; an intelligent and a creative one with power to discriminate..
(Note: Gravity is a force but cannot be termed as God. Sunspot activity may be electromagnetic but cannot be termed as God. Black Matter has a force but is not God. So what seperates these and other Natural Forces from our God is an intelligence, a part of which is discriminatory).
STI = Sum total Intelligence . (All the intelligence that becomes available to man at that particular point in time).
STI at the time of writing of The Old Testament was in its infancy and hence in need of revision today relative to the God Head.)
